2016 Homeowner and Do It Yourself Gift Guide

My wife and I have been renting apartments, condos, and homes since we were in college, but we finally bought our first home a few months ago. It's an older home, and we bought the home knowing that we would be doing a lot of upgrades and projects to modernize the home and make it perfect for us.
